How WAO helps

FinCoach is WAO’s financial-education initiative for students, adults, entrepreneurs, schools, and communities. Its purpose is to make financial concepts easier to understand and provide practical tools people can use to organize their own decisions.

Educational topics may include budgeting, credit reports, credit factors, consumer financial literacy, business-credit fundamentals, and financial organization. Sessions and programming are educational and do not promise a particular score, approval, loan, funding amount, or financial outcome.

Consumers may dispute inaccurate or incomplete credit-report information directly with the applicable consumer reporting agency at no charge. WAO does not guarantee that information will be removed or that a credit score will increase.
